What do I think the brand should be?

 

 - Physical (as usual)

not virtual

even thought digital fabrication is marketed as much as possible

- Automated 

They should come to life by themselves (production wise) 

Produced on demand (no stock)

AI iterations?

ML Generated?

Raise awareness about the production line in a sexy way

- Only 1 or 3 different model

- Limited edition ?

- Eco-built

Bio composite (Coffee grounds, chitin (bio plastic), bio-fibers (hemp, flax..) and bio-polymer (korean lacquer (tree) : Jihye's light), mycelium).

Recycled plastic

Metal frame?

Recycled polycarbonate? 

Grown frame?

- Simple design ?

- Photochromic lenses


 

I think an eyewear brand can't keep attracting people by just dropping new products. It has to keep its public using another way such as sponsoring influential things (event, people, brand, organization).

Or keeping its public is not mandatory. 

 

Sport eyewear brand : easier to target people, and niche public, real use of glasses other than sun protection 

 

Maybe we have to find a niche other than aiming at targeting a large amount of people (being pop)
